Instituto Anderson Furtado Adopts the Brand Name Instituto Guirlanda
Instituto Anderson Furtado officially announces that, starting in 2026, it will adopt the brand name Instituto Guirlanda in its institutional communications, projects, partnerships, and public actions.
This change represents a natural process of institutional maturity, expansion of activities, and identity consolidation, while fully maintaining its legal name, legal structure, and official registration status.
The Institute remains formally established as INSTITUTO ANDERSON FURTADO, registered under CNPJ No. 58.471.034/0001-44, with active registration status.
Legal and Institutional Continuity
The adoption of a brand name does not alter the institution’s legal nature, CNPJ registration, bylaws, or legal commitments. It is a strategic identity update that preserves:
The registered legal name
The legal classification as a Private Association
Its associative and social rights advocacy activities
Its established institutional mission
The Institute continues to operate with responsibility, ethics, and transparency, in accordance with its statutory principles.
Why Instituto Guirlanda?
The choice of the name “Guirlanda” is not aesthetic. It is symbolic.
Historically, a wreath represents:
Unity
Continuity
Collective care
A cycle of protection and connection
Formed by the harmonious integration of different elements, the wreath symbolizes the union of people, projects, and causes around a shared purpose.
This concept deeply reflects the institution’s current phase: an organization that operates in networks, connects territories, integrates social, sports, educational, and cultural initiatives, and understands social impact as a continuous process—not an isolated action.
The new name broadens horizons without erasing history.
The History That Supports This Change
Even before its formal establishment, the Institute had been carrying out voluntary initiatives since 2019, including free meditation sessions, naturopathic services, and later sports and educational projects in different neighborhoods of Rio de Janeiro.
In 2024, the Institute was officially founded as Instituto Anderson Furtado, legally structuring what had already been a life project driven by purpose.
In 2025, new areas of action were strengthened through strategic partnerships in education and culture.
Starting in 2026, the brand name Instituto Guirlanda represents this institutional evolution, reflecting a broader, more integrated, and collaborative approach.
The New Visual Identity
The new brand was developed based on three pillars:
Continuity
The circular symbol represents the ongoing cycle of care and long-term social impact.
Unity
Integrated elements symbolize people, projects, and communities connected through networks.
Balance and Responsibility
Natural colors reinforce the commitment to sustainability, well-being, and institutional ethics.
The sober and timeless design was created to reflect maturity, trust, and transparency—core values for third-sector organizations.
A New Name. The Same Mission.
The adoption of the brand name Instituto Guirlanda reaffirms the commitment to:
Human development
Social inclusion
Sport as a tool for transformation
Education and culture
Holistic care practices
The name evolves.
The mission remains.
The commitment grows stronger.
